MB SERIES
MB series blowers are suitable for moving air and exhaust smokes, even if slightly dusty. Standard execution blowers are provided with carbon steel edged casings, base frames, forward blades impellers and 4-6-8 poles electrical motors. Transported fluids can reach maximum temperature of 80°C for standard executions; for special executions maximum values of 180°C are allowed. On demand, special stainless steel execution are available; MB blowers are available also according to ATEX directive (94/9/CE)
MBQ SERIES
MBQ series blowers offer same working characteristics of MB blowers, since same impellers and motors are installed. Differences lay only in casing design, since common profile is enclosed in an external rectangular frame, which allows easier installation and storing. Transported fluids can reach maximum temperatureof 80°C for standard execution; for special executions maximum values of 180°C are allowed. MBQ blowers are available also according to ATEX directive (94/9/CE).
MN SERIES
MN series blower are suitable for extruders, lamps, c.c motors cooling,for smokes and exhalations suction, for applications in which moving clean or clearly dusty fluids is required. Standard execution blowers are provided with pressed and spot welded steel sheets casings, forwarded blades galvanized impellers and 2 or 4 poles electrical motors. Transported fluids can reach maximum temperature of 80°C for standard execution; for special executions maximum values of 250°C are allowed. On demand, special stainless steel execution are available, also according to ATEX directive (94/9/CE)
MRLQ SERIES
MRLQ series blowers offer same working characteristics of RL blowers,because same impellers and motors are installed. Differences lay only in casing design, since standard profile is enclosed in an external rectangular frame, which allows easier installation and storing. Transported fluids can reach maximum temperature of 80°C for standard execution; for special executions maximum values of 180°C are allowed. MRLQ blowers are available also according to ATEX directive (94/9/CE).
RL SERIES
High performance fan: Field of operation: Medium-high flow rates. Low pressures. Blade type: Curve, backward (negative), Applications: For the inlet of clean and slightly dusty air, for applications in industrial installations and civil and industrial air-conditioning systems. Standard fluid temperatures: -10÷+60°C. Type of construction: Fan in Fe360 plate, impeller in Fe360 statically and dynamically balanced. Operating specifications : Condition of inlet air T=20°C, 0 m above sea level and ρ=1.205 kg/m3. Noise level : Expressed as sound power LwA [dB(A)] measured in free field with ducted fan Orientations :No.8 RD (clockwise viewed from transmission side) and No.8 LG. Fan in bolted orientable version for sizes 250-630, fixed orientation for sizes 710-2000. Impeller classes: The above table refers to standard operating conditions, in heavy-duty service conditions it is advisable to contact the Customer Service to establish the most suitable type of impeller. Special constructions: spark proof version with non-rotating parts washers, potentially in contact with the fan in non-ferrous material. Corrosion version : performed with paint or special materials (stainless steel). High temperature version: cooling fan is installed up to 300° C, special executions on request for temperatures up to 450° c.
